Will it do anything without me?
Will it send something to a customer by mistake?
No. Vision Intelligence never sends or changes anything on its own. Someone on your team says yes first. The approval and the action are both recorded, with a name on each.
If the front desk asks about pay, will Vision tell them?
Only if you’ve given them access to pay information. Vision Intelligence answers with each person’s permissions, never someone else’s.
Can Vision do anything on its own?
It can look things up, answer questions, and draft plans. Anything that changes your information or goes to a customer waits for a person’s yes.
Can we undo something?
Every change is kept in a history, with who made it and when. Money entries are never erased. A mistake is fixed with a new, visible correction.

Why use Vision Intelligence instead of your own AI account?
Because it already knows your business, and there’s nothing to set up. It picks the right AI for each job and moves to better ones as they arrive. What happens if I don’t use it all?
Each month starts with a fresh allowance. Unused allowance doesn’t roll over.
What happens when a better AI comes out?
Vision Intelligence moves to it for you. Your information, rules, and history stay in Vision, so nothing is lost and nothing is set up again.
Do our documents get used to teach someone else’s AI?
Your documents stay in your own Vision account. Vision Intelligence reads them to answer your team and follow your procedures. That is all they’re used for. Your business data is never used to train AI models.
Is Vision right for my business?
Do I have to use every app?
No. Use one, or all of them. Each app works fully on its own, and none of them needs another. When you use more than one, they share the same records.
Do I need Vision Intelligence?
No. It’s included, and it’s there whenever you want a hand. Every app works fully on its own.

Can we add people later?
Yes. Add a person whenever you need to, and they get every app.

Yes. Import customers and contacts from a spreadsheet, and check the preview before anything is saved.
Do I have to set up every app?

Can I switch features off?
Yes. Switch apps and features on and off for your Vision account, and choose who on your team uses Vision Intelligence.
